Back this year is a free swim ticket for the Canada Games Aquatic Centre for after the run!! We will have a free sock package for finishing both the Gary Mittelholtz 10 Mile Run and the Guardian Drugs 5K!! We also have a walk-run clinic supporting the Grand Bay Guardian 5K led by Lily on Wednesday nights in uptown Saint John!!
