R1 Run Club meets Thursday at 6:15pm at 15 Pettingill Rd Quispamsis (Rehab1 performance center). - we run a 5km route (with options to do less) - Run at your own pace, everyone is welcome to join! - often followed by a social at Long Bay Brewery - we created this group to bring runners together!
