There will be a 100 meter event for veterans at 9:30am, the 1K is at 10am and the 5K starts at 10:30am. In 2025, the weather held out beautifully as nearly 200 participants gathered at Ridgewood Veterans Wing to walk, run, and show their support for local veterans. We raised an incredible $6,968 for the Ridgewood Veterans Comfort Fund! The morning was filled with laughter, connection, and plenty of community spirit. For 2026, we are going to go on June 6th as it is the 82nd anniversary of D-day, 100th anniversary of the Royal Canadian Legion and the 50th anniversary of the Ridgewood Veteran's Wing! There will once again be a barbeque afterwards with a bouncy castle, face painting and other fun activities! There will be a registration limit of 350 participants.
