There is no registration fee for the club. All are welcome!
On Tuesdays we meet at 6:30pm at the ComEx parking lot by the KV Library/Skate Park in Quispamsis for a structured workout. Paces and distances can be adapted based on preference and fitness level!
On Thursdays we meet at 6:30pm at Ecole de Pionniers for a 44 minute run or walk on the QR44 trail. The workout is simple..head out at your own pace for 22 minutes and come back for 22 minutes!
