We are an open group of people who love running in the woods. We typically host two runs per week: one every Tuesday evening, and a longer run Sunday afternoons, and we choose a different trail and route each week. We like to promote an easy / relaxed attitude out on the trails, and we do this because we love meeting new trail runners!
On Tuesdays, we run for about 75-90 minutes, including lots of breaks. During these runs, our group will typically cover around 7km.
On Sundays, we run for about 2.5-3 hours, including lots of breaks. During these runs, our group will typically cover over 12km.
We are 100% volunteer based and completely cost-free.
